Unfortunately, I don't have that one sorry man.
I have one called, Swingin' In Vegas: Hard Rock Hotel & Casino 1997 but it doesn't include Since I Don't Have You
( or at least my copy doesn't)
I found this link on youtube though as I've been looking for that concert also.
I'm not sure if this clip is from it ???

It's from a TV show called "Sessions at West 54th", hosted by David Byrne. Filmed on October 22nd, 1998 at SONY Music Studios, NYC. It used to be downloadable through this very site, but I just checked the link and it doesn't work anymore. Maybe somebody still has it? I used to, but I can't find it at the moment...
