that only works if the car is completely original... 
my 54' buick has a total rebuild on the 322 nailhead, the dynaflo, cooling system, fuel system, bodywork,interior...
Very few humans can really claim that....well except maybe for this silicon wonder:

| Yikes! My daily driver is 86 years old! Holy crap...hang in there bessie! I can't afford a younger car! My hubby's dd is 38 years old, but is aging much more rapidly than my bessie. Racing can't be good for the "aging gracefully" aspect.  Our Chevelle, well, it's not all old...rebuilt engine and rear end, so it behaves more like a teenager than a middle-aged vehicle. Silly stuff, hrg

She was such a pretty girl as a youngster, but, I suppose the result was a lot of attention, fame and, maybe, fortune!
