| Amen to that! I washed away a very frustrating weekend at a water park today. It made me very proud to see my youngest hold her own in the wave pool. Unfortunately, the wave pool also washed away my sunscreen. But it was well worth it, as the sunburn will linger as a stinging reminder of a very good day. H 2O-a-billy |

| Glad you could join us Rick! Cheesy as it may be to some to do the whole "name one good thing that happened today" thing - like the "think of something you're thankful for" thing at Thanksgiving - personally I find it enjoyable, and helpful. 'Specially on a bad day. Nice to have a daily smile to hold onto. Plus, I'm digging playing the role of forum cheerleader. So? Where's everyone else? C'mon, I dare ya. Name One Good Thing that happened today. |

| One good thing to happen today is that I got a parking permit for Uni this semester (no rummaging for spare change for the parking machines whilst being late for a lecture for me this semester!), and I picked up some assignments from last semester |

| I drank beer and watched Stray Cats videos on Youtube all day today. Actually... still workin' on that! I was gonna go snorkeling today, but the waves were pullin' up too much dirt, visibility sucked. So, I decided to rock out in my room all day. Rock it up, rip it up, shake it up... I'm gonna ball tonight! _________________ The Big Bad Wolf, he learned the rule, ya gotta get HOT to play real cool!

| I was a little down today because my wife found my stash of nudie magazines and burned 'em. I decided to take her car for a cruise this evening ,foot to the floor ,tunes blaring and next thing ....Bam ,straight into some old coot who was n't watching where she was going. I got out of the car ,checked the writhing mess on the road and looked around. No witness's--One good thing. Then I saw her handbag next to her still wriggling body ,I checked it for identification but instead found a big wad of cash -nearly 3 grand-Two good things. My wife wanted to know why there was blood and gore on the hood of the car. I said "heres a 100 bucks ,go buy something nice". |

| Spent the weekend camping with my family in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, as far north as we could get without going around Lake Superior. Great scenery, and the weather wasn't too cold. Saw some very well-maintained vintage campers at the campground (camper trailers, not camper people...although come to think of it, I saw some well-maintained vintage camping people, too!) This morning was get-home day, so we had to tear down the tent and pack the car for the long drive home. So pulled out the keys, settled into the dad spot behind the wheel, and what came on the radio just as I started the drive? Rock This Town, of course! Perfect end to a perfect weekend. |

| One good thing today ? My little boy wants to change the compil' we listen in the car while we drive to the beach each morning. So we made the new compil' TOGETHER for the first time. Unforgettable for both of us. He decides to call this new CD "Rockabilly World" because it's his actually fav'tune ! Just a word little to Sam : my little boy never can say "Setzer", he just call Brian "Le Setz'" _________________ Missed in action. Sept. 2009
