thats just the finish.. if its Lacquer you just use solvent or even some thinned paint remover to sort of slursh it all around and then let it lift, craze,chip,etc..then hit it with a torch and shoot it again with a satin... I wonder if I should do that with our 51' kay bass....  | |

| got'er today. so awesome. I can't wait for the first time Nic runs into it, or hits with his mic. I'm going to be all pissy like "dude, don't scratch my new fu**in' bass!"
What a week, new son, new bass. Awesome!
