| Hey guys It seems obvious to me, reading between the lines from a series of recent Lee Rocker interviews, and looking at the forthcoming Brian + Jim schedule, that this could well have been a Stray Cats tour. Even if only to finish the "unfinished" tour 2008. Read this and see if you know what I mean.... http://blogs.ocweekly.com/heardmentality/2011/03/stray_cat_lee_rocker_drops_solo_album_talks_rockabillyland.php Anyway... I'm sure Rockabilly Riot will be just that ! Keep well Banksy |

| Hah, this is the first time my suspicions can be confirmed... I bet the Cat Lee gets on with is Jim. I think Jim gets on well with both, but Brian and Lee...

| I can't remember where the interview was but I remember that Lee seemed pretty hacked about the Brian/ Slim Jim tour of Japan in 2002ish?
I also got the same impression though. I do wonder whether Stray Cats is hard for Lee now as he's used to fronting his own band, I guess Jim doesn't have quite the same adjustment to make...
In any way thought it's a shame as I'd love to see more of Stray Cats, I'm still convinced that there's one more kick-ass rockabilly album in the three of them, but I think time is moving on quick from 2004... |

| fwiw.. I've the great privilege of become friends with Buzz Campbell and I know He is busy with Lee and their schedule is filling up for this year. Lee has his own thing and doing well with it. The Stray Cats were a million years ago you know when they were kids, these men are in their 50s.
We're gonna see Lee Rocker tomorrow night playing with Big Sandy and I think Spike from our forum (the Hula Girls) at the Galaxy in Santa Ana.

| Lee Rocker and band are one of my alltime favorites ever. These guys rocking. I just receive "The Cover Sessions" by Lee and it`s a great EP. And it seems to me Lee is a good guy. I just wonder about the quote of his Interview.

| Just wanted to clarify from my message above that I wasn't trying to imply anything against Brian and Lee, the Stray Cats total are my musical heroes and I have full respect for all three of them.
Perhaps I'm just a bit jealous of those that were there at the time and am dreaming of having a little bit more for the here and now! |
