Paul Newman - RIP

Paul Newman just died this morning.

RIP

Thats such a shame he was a great actor , and
made some great films , such a cool guy he will be missed
my condolenses to Paul

83 years old...amazing.

He used to stay here in town when he would race at Road America. My babysitter worked at the bagel shop across the street from the hotel where he stayed. One time when he was in town, he stopped at the shop while she was working. He was really nice, and most of the kids working didn't recognize him at first (they were too young to know who he was). He talked with all of them for quite a while, then left a rather large tip. The manager recognized him, and told the kids who he was after he had left. Later that night, when my sitter was here, she was so excited about meeting him. I giggled when she told me: "You know, Paul Newman....the guy on the dressing bottles!"

Not exactly the way I remembered him, but too funny!

He will be missed. RIP.

sheeze...cool hand luke. God rest his soul! Paul was a responsible pioneer
for social justice. Helped thousands with his celebrity and money.

The kid from Shaker Heights, Ohio now races cars with the kid from Marion, Indiana.
