Hey Shaker,
i had that Jimmy Barnes album and the only one sounding Setzer is Jimmy Barnes. However, the Stray Cats appear on another Jimmy Barnes clip, I think it was "When Love Is Enough", from the same album. I'll check my DVD later on
Besides, Setzer was only credited on "Little Darling" in the album

I'll grab Jimmy Barnes book next time I'm up at the library and get more info.

As Andi said, I knew maybe half of the whole...
It seems you maybe forgot a french band called "Matador's" who made an album in 1990 called "Spaghetti ****" with a song called "Toute La Nuit Je Danse" which was a french adaptation of "When The Sky Comes Tumblin' Down" but I'm not sure Brian played guitar on it. He was credited as song writer, as producer (of the track only) but not as guitarist for what I can remember.
