Subject: Any thoughts on the new loar archtops? Sun May 24, 2009 9:50 am
Just curious if anyone has tried "The loar", archtops. Seems like a good value $899 for all solid carved back sides and top. I know they are Korean made but I was tempted at such a value to maybe grab one.

shops like instrumentalley.com are BUYING THEM ALL UP..so you better grab one... AMAZING compared to the budget ply guitars from canada and japan for the same price. I wonder if it has X bracing like the expensive Gretsch G-6040 MCSS? Then again its probably crap compared to the fit, finish and tone of the Loar in this video below.... I think I have perked nips! What a Guitar!
