| I' ve been a Cats fan since Nov 1980 , and in all that time I had never met other Cat fans or other Irish rockabillies......never ! I saw the Cats in Brixton last night but because my 10 year old son was with me ,I had got seats up on the balcony to keep him safe, so I didnt have a great view. I was so looking forward to the Dublin show ,small intimate venue ,just perfact to see them. And the pride at seeing them in Ireland as the Cats have never played here before and to meet other Irish rockers.......oh the pain. Had the privilage to briefly meet Tommy Maguire last night and for my son to see what I've been raving about all these years, I guess thats something. | |

| as i said in another message we'll live in hope that the last git the cats ever perform will be in dublin... you never know the luck of the irish
know what you mean though thats one of the things i was most looking forward to.... meeting up with like minded people, have spent too many years of late just doing the norm and it was feeling good to get back to who i was before the kids and mortgage took over... | |

| Cant go cashing a cheque, when you ending up getting a refund. Was having a problem cashing it anyway,as it was in euro. Would have lost 20% in commission. Just sorry,he did'nt get to see em live, but accidents do happen.
You get some good shots Dave?
Cosbird..............Thanks for that.
