saw Setzer at the Palace, hollywood '83 video using the pink delay

Anyone got the videos of the Stray Cats at the Palace, hollywood '83?
I was watchin that tonight and finally saw the pink analog delay pedal
at the foot of his rig.. still cant tell if its boss or ibanez but it seems to have
more silver shine on it than boss, which the Ibanez AD-9 has over the Boss DM-2.

side note tangent (because its gear geek cool):
also a glimpse of the earliest Boss Delay pedal (after the space echo tape delay)
prior to the DM-2.. is the Boss DM-1 and it predates the above mentioned analog
delay stompers that used Bucket Brigade Device chips (BBD's) using the
Reticon 510i " charge coupled device chip" or CCD (totally obsolete now, some
NOS reticon CCD 5101 chips alone are are going for more than $100 eac)

It is always a big mystery of the delay of stray cats, because nobody can post a photo or a video or l we see the delay, I looked at all the videos of YouTube of Stray Cats at the hotel, Hollywood ' 83, I do not arrive has to see his(said delay brian setzer that it uses a delay MXR with two buttons

Setzer said alot of wild things about his gear and after all these years I've come to believe its purposeful.
He has spoken so many contradictory things about his vintage gretsch guitars.. He's a sneaky cat..doesnt
want ya copin' his mojo...

too late dang it, we love it and we want it! sure cant have his talent!

ps. the mxr time delay is a crappy little echo that has so much inherent ring modulation that
I'm pretty sure he may have fooled with it while in europe on tour but he'd never go to the studio with
that?? then again he used a solid state Vox royale guardsman amp for "rock this town".. bizarre.

Brian has to know his tone secrets are being uncovered...at least live...

not to stray from the subject, but Billy Gibbons doe sthe same thing with his tone secrets too....

But Billy Gibbons ccould play a BC Rich through a Triple Rectifier Fullstack and a Krank Dimebag Darrel Amp and would still sound like Billy Gibbons. Same thing would probably apply to Brian...

you cant see it much on internet vids.. they compress the video too much, youtube sucks badly.
Its hard enough to see it on actual video that I've upconverted and am running
through my 1080 HD LCD screen.

BUT fwiw.. the blonde cab is sitting atop the amphead roadcase and the guitar cable
runs to the bottom left corner of the roadcase to the analog delay then snakes around
the back of the blonde up to the normal channel.
i'll go try to find the time frame of the best shot so at least you can toggle around
and catch something.

Its also in the same place when they play at the Savoy on new years eve MTV with
jeff "skunk" baxter of the doobie brothers on pedal steel.

Same on the US festival clips, its there but just a pink pixel

on the palace video.. during the solo on somethings wrong with my radio

@elvis.. I have that magazine.. I find early in his career he liked to contract his gear statements.
I think it was either purposeful or it was an after show backstage interview when
libations flow. .... or the interviewers where just ggoogoo celebrity struck losers that did not write what he told them.

been looking for years.. problem is everybody taking pictures was all enamored
with these guys in the 80s because they looked like rebels and the focus was the
tats and eye make up, not the rig sitting behind him.
I think its hilarious that the earlier magazines had PAGES of text but very few picts.
