I would love to know the actual "story" behind the dueling Brians session. It was recorded specifically for the MOM 3 (Music for Mother Ocean) compilation to benefit the Surfrider Foundation, an organization near and dear to Surfdog's heart. Surfdog released 3 volumes in the MOM series and has made substantial contributions to the Surfrider Foundation.
All three volumes have a Setzer track on them - Honky Tonk, Fly Juice, and Little Deuce Coupe. I think Little Deuce Coupe was the only one specifically recorded for this series.
I hope somewhere there's a story about this recording session. The song is a lot of fun!
