| Hey all you fellow cheeseheads and those close enough to travel to Green Bay: Oneida has some great shows lined up for the fall season. HBC, Big Sandy, Nick Willett, just to name a few. And the good news is: it's all free! Helpful news in a poor economy! I might have to skip the Winger acoustic show though...  Here's the link. | Speaking of which...
Any thoughts on the 5-nighter coming up 9/10-9/14 (Nick Curran/HBC)? We might be going on Friday the 10th or Saturday the 11th. Let me know if one of those works for you - we all have to meet up! | |

We're leaning towards Sat. the 11th. Eve of Destruction is at WIR on Friday night, and we're taking the kids to get their fill of the Demolition derby for the year.  Hubby has a gig at FondueFest on Sat. morning, but I think we'll be able to make it up to Oneida that night. Just gotta get the sitter all worked out. Hope to see you there! hrg | |

| Fab show last night. HBC was definitely worth the wait. Where else can you hear the Ramones, KISS (really? lol), and some awesome original music? Got to dance with my hubby, learned some new moves from the merch. guy (Happy Birthday!), talked about the Turf and the "old school" days of sk8 boarding, and heard some of my favorite HBC tunes live. It doesn't get much better than this. Only downer...I'm getting too old to drag my hind end through the door at 3am, and still be expected to function the next day.
