Chords to "One More Night With You"?

Does anyone have the chord changes for "One More Night With You" from Wolfgang's Big Night Out? This is the piece based on Grieg's "Hall of the Mountain King". I'm alright for the first few bars, but I'm stumped when it modulates to the major 6 run at the end of the phrase. That chord just doesn't sound right even though the melody demands that it must be so.
