I don't think it's been released officially, Tavo. But it's from the same show as this one, which is from Nakano Sun Plaza in Tokyo back in 1999. Maybe a Japanese release... or just a TV broadcast...? It's not on any of my ...ehhrm... slightly un-official DVDs, anyway.

2 November 1999 at Tokyo's Nakano Sun Plaza.
No official release, but TV broadcast. It's worth having it, one of my favourites!! It would be cool if Brian decided to release it officially.

What they need to do is release some Stray Cats shows from different eras

I like it too but an official release of that would be pretty similar to some stuff we already have. I want an official release of an early Stray Cats show

Who cares about the Stray Cats when we have the BSO??
Hope it's pure irony, Tavo...
BTW, that BSO show in Tokyo 1999, it's the bootleg STRAY CAT SWING. And yes, Tavo... that DVD has been on Ebay from time to time... Keep an eye on Ebay UK

Jon... the stray cats are something really still special to most europeans I believe as well as americans that think the 80s were a good thing. For the rest of us american Setzer fans.. we LOVE, LOVE the BSO..
In saying that I will never forget how the Straycats changed my life when I was a young budding rockabilly in a band.. I often will go back and watch Rockpalast vids of the Stray Cats because it evokes that hungry and pissed off rebel attitude that fueled us...
Setzer as a guitarist was budding then.. but now he is blooming and this is why I follow him like a lost puppy.

I understand what you mean, Tavo but... the Stray Cats is something much more unique (in my opinion) than the BSO (despite being that unique)... it's beyond comparison
