Fender bass help request

Hi all,
I have this telecaster bass. (I believe?) I got it some years ago because it fell and broke and the owner was trowing it away. A friend of mine glued it but as you see it doesn't have it's original neck.
I would realy like to make it playable again ( current neck sucks..) and that's where I would like your advice. Is it possible? Where do I find a new neck? Is it worth it? I hope you will be able to help me because the bass sounds amazing!
