A friend pointed out to me that, during the rockabilly riot tour, brian to setzer always props up his(her) ampli with a wooden board, I looked of numerous at photo and it is exact, know you why? scratch

Looks like the mics are mounted to it? I may be wrong, but the pics are kinda far for me to see clearly.

it de-couples the bassman cabinet from the floor for a tighter low end projection. and as well he doesnt
want to bump those mics! Smile

one is a ribbon mic (the royer)
