By the way.... the bar that appears on Pulp Fiction under the same name.... is it a real bar in the US, or just an invention for the movie?

I just fgot their first two albums last week from Raucous. At the time I ordered, they said this album was only available for pre-order, or I would've snapped it up then. Fine, fine rock-n-roll. I especially like their album titles - Sinuendo and Sleaze-a-billy!

At the time of the release of Pulp Fiction, Jack Rabbit Slim's was a fictional restaurant. Since then, several bars and restaurants have attempted to cash in on the name. But while they all attempt to capture that space-age bachelor pad decor, it doesn't look like they've come close to duplicating the over-the-top spirit or decor of the fictional JRS.
