Reckless Ones - New EP Features a Setzer Song

The Reckless Ones, a Minneapolis-based rockabilly trio, has a new EP out which features a song given to them by Brian Setzer, "Mean Pickin' Mama."

The Setzer song is pretty good, but I'd sure like to hear a version with Brian on guitar. And vocals. On a new Setzer album.

It's too bad Cordell Jackson isn't still with us. Now there's a Mean Pickin' Mama!

The Band sounds good but i agree we want something new by Setzer.
Meanwhile i order the EP.

Nice article and good job for the band, that is great I've seen them several times and I hated them at first, thought they were hacks (it was also their first shows and they were opening). They got better and really have honed it and are a good, tight band now.
