Setzer throws gretsch in the air and drops it..

any pics of this incident.. it was when he jacked up the steve miller
gretsch in 84' era.. Even that one black and white pick of the stray cats
with brian looking up to catch his gretsch high in the air would be cool.

The search engines are getting weirder and weirder..all the delicious old photos and such
are GONE.

There is, as far as I know, one time when Brian broke his guitar neck and it was in Japan in March 1992,
from where we hardly get any pictures. Brian threw the Gretsch into the air after Rumble
in Brighton. Someone in the audience got hold of the part that fell into the audience and after the show,
he was retrieved that part, in exchange of tickets for another show, some merch... whatsoever.

You wouldn't expect Brian breaking his guitar....

right, I've seen him throw it and catch it but this story was cool.. There is a picture from early cat days someone caught this stunt in black and white. Very cool picture that has brian lookin up with the guitar like freakin 12 feet in the air comin down at him. I would love to find a high res of this.
