| In cincy - you gotta cross the river to the Southgate House in Newport KY. Rockabilly Night every 1st Friday of the month. Chris Isaak does NOT do the "Bad Things" song at the opening crdits of True Blood - the coolest Rockabillyesque country guy from Texas out there nowadays: http://www.jaceeverett.com/ | |

| I stand corrected . Yes I went on the HBO site after I posted that Chris Issack does the song. It sounds like him. True Blood is a cool series though.

| Now, I feel kinda icky seeing Anna Paquin naked 2 weeks in a row. I mean, she was the little girl in "The Piano" for cryin' out loud . . . But, she was Rogue in X-Men. OK, maybe not THAT icky . . . | |

| Sharky, Isn't True Blood getting good? Who do you think is the killer? I say Tara. Any chance you watch DEXTER? That show is so friggin' good. Michael C. Hall was fantastic in 6ft Under and blows this new serious out of the park. | |

I haven't missed a single episode of DEXTER - love it. Tara as the killer? I think it is the sheriff asking too many questions, or Sam the dog man. Looks like Bill will have a rough time at Vampire court in the next few weeks . . . Then again - we did meet a Vampire killer last week - Jason's new girlfriend!

| Unfortunately, my wife has read all of the books upon which this series is based. As with any adaptation to film, many things have to be changed, glossed over, or even omitted. So watching the show with her is a little like watching a sporting event with me.
"What the-" "That's nothing like the book!" = "Why would you call a pass play on 4th and inches? Everyone knows you run a quarterback sneak!"
"*sigh* Tara was barely in the book. And she and Sookie weren't friends." = "Why is he starting? The backup QB is much better." (I'm guessing that means Tara's not the killer.)
"Oh, come on! Sookie never gets to see where Bill sleeps in any of the books!" = "Are you BLIND, Ref? Come on!"
So we use DVR and watch the episodes separately.

| I'd say Ture Blood and Sons of Anarchy are running neck-n-neck for me on the new shows this year. The arrival of the badass ATF agent played by Ally Walker has given SOA a bit of an edge for me. How 'bout that house band on True Blood tonight? I recognized Nick Curran and CC Adcock - maybe Jude Taylor as well. In addition to the Legendary Shack Shakers, the show has also featured music from Slim Harpo, Southern Culture On the Skids and Rev Horton Heat's Wiggle Stick a couple of weeks ago.

| Hey Shark bite,
This season is awesome. I think EGGS is the demon (devil) who attacked Sookie. Cause he is under Maryanne's wing. He might have that and hates it. I also think Maryanne sold her soul to the devil. Or is the devil. She has all those luxeries in the house and she's rich. It's really good this year and it's only 3 episodes in. Can't wait for Sunday!!!! I'll take a true blood 0- Lisa

| I thought eggs was the pig. I think Sookie was attack by a Minotaur and Marianne is a Greek goddess of some kind, like Aphrodite or something. | |
