Some art I made.

Hey all. Every now and then at the BS board, I used to post some art/illustrations, just to kind of share it, get some comments, see what people think of it. So, I thought I'd start up a new thread here. I know there were several designer/artist/illustrator types at the other board. Let's see who's here and see your work.

I've got plenty of time on my hands now to do new stuff, so I'll start it off with this one. I knocked it out on Wednesday. I figure it's subject matter a lot of people on this board might dig. Let me know what you think? It's called: HELLO, RED.

How did you achieve the distressed effect?

I did a lot of layers in Photoshop to add the distress in. THere are layers of darker and lighter distress, then two separate layers of a folded paper image to give it the folded" look over the entire image. The piece was done entirely in the computer, using some sketching software and Photoshop.

That was you, Kid? I THOUGHT it looked like someone had jimmied the lock. You didn't abscond with my truck keys whilst you were up to mischief did ya? It's getting too chilly here in Kentucky to be doing much walking.

O.k. I wouldn't call it art, but sometimes when I'm bored I use to paint stuff.

I would put my "art" in here, but it's on my table at school lol!

I once completely drew Brian's Guitar Setup including 3 6G6 Bassmans, The 301, The Fender Tube Reverb and the Gretsch.
It was awsome but then when we had lessons in another classroom some jerk erased everything Evil or Very Mad
