Whut? Just call me King Lurker.

Yep, had/have one and I really liked it, but it simply takes up too much real estate on the pedal board. A person can probably fit three MXRs in the space the Red takes up. I cracked it open one day and there's simply no reason for the box to be that big. It's an odd shape too. It had to go in my pedal board all catywampus and squeezed in. I was very, very happy with it. It's not a 301 but then again, it's HUNDREDS cheaper and there's no maintenance or fear of failure. You should be pleased with the sound and performance of it.

The MSR is very nice too, but that damn blue laser LED stays on when power is applied. Nothing a little electrical tape can't take of.

I'm currently celebrating my board being completely true bypass. Digitech now offers a "Hard Wire" series that's true bypass. Replaced by crapped Boss tuner with one. Trying it out for the first time tonight. The Jekell/Hyde is gone too. Are you proud of me TV? lol

Somebody should set up a trading/sale area on here where we can get rid of past sound experiments. I have a massive list. Sorry, the 301 is gone. Wink

I work in a music store, and I've sold several with no troubles whatsoever. I like the way they sound and the way they look. Then a friend of mine bought one, and it died after just a few minutes of playing (made me feel kinda stoopid for recommending it... Laughing ). He got a new one from the distributor, and the same thing happened. Turned out they both had some battery issues... He now uses it with a power supply, and it works great. That's the last thing I've heard, anyway...

Hey Nikko, long time. How are ya?

I'm doing pretty good buddy. I check things on here every once in a while to make sure TV's handing out proper advice. He's pretty good so I don't have to say much. LOL

You CANNOT use this pedal with a battery. It's a great 30 seconds, but it's only 30 seconds. I don't know what the issue is but you'd probably use a power supply anyway.

Geoff! What's up brother? I'm trying to bring my kids down to the xmas show. Weekends are booked with gigs, but I'm trying.

BTW, The Hillbilly Casino xmas cd is EXCELLENT. Fantastic job, Geoff.
