I just got a box of cookbooks that this friend of mine was just going to throw away and one of them is a Beer Cookbook and the line right below it says

"Beer is the vital ingredient in hundreds of delicious new recipes"

Well, just think... Beer, on it's own, is VERY delicious (HEY! Did you really think I wouldn't find this topic?)...

So, why not add beer to OTHER recipes? Burgers, beer cheese soup, beer brats... the list is HUGE.

I bought myself a sweet Xmas present - the Route 66 Cookbook. Can't remember which edition. Actually, I think I read about it on this forum. Actually, I don't remember.

Beer + sweets = bad. Usually. Especially chocolate. Bad combination. Taste buds just can't dig it!

Beer + (anything else) = usually pretty good.

Beer + Australia = heaven (in any of the dreams I've had about AUS)

Had a dream about Al Pacino the other night... was pretty freakin' scary. He yelled at me, and then I woke up and went about my normal routine, and had a funny feeling in the pit of my stomach for, oh... about two days. But, that could've been the tequila from Super Bowl Sunday. Probably was. Or, just, WAS.
