So, the questions are: when, where? Could it be on 21st may 1993, at the John Anson Ford Theater, Hollywood, CA? Jon? Scat? Randy? Anyone else here?
I'm waitin', guys!
By the way, Brian did a great performance and he's top-class; I love this (just post) ChooChoo Hot Fish era

OK Frenchy, here you go. (Your guess was damn close!)
From The Brian Setzer Setlist Archive:
05-19-93 ~ Brian Setzer ~ Great American Music Hall ~ San Francisco, California: I Can't Be Satisfied; Rock Me Baby; Crossroads; My Baby Lives Over Yonder. Notes: Brian: guest of Paul Rodgers. Guitar only - no vocals. Filmed for commercial release.
This clip, plus Rocky Me Baby and Crossroads (JP knows!) are from a laserdisc released by Paul Rodgers in late 93/early 94.
Frenchy, you're always keeping us on our toes! And yes, this is a great performance. The Hunter from the David Letterman show is great as well.
Thanks for posting ChimingBell.

Randy, keep always your eyes open, I can be everywhere in the same time! And don't forget to have a look behind you....
OK, I knew the Archives could give me the answer but you added more informations and it's great! On the video, Brian leaves the stage. Does it mean he came back later or was Can't be Satisfied the last song of the "duet" set?
And what about these 2 songs you mentionned (Jon too): Rocky Me Baby and Crossroads? What's the story? (yes, what, when where, why and sometimes who are my favorite words!! )

Never seen that archive before and it's just answered a nagging question for me. I saw the Stray Cats as a teenager and knew it was at the Lyceum but couldn't remember the date. 18th Sept 83! Where do the years go!

Nice. I'm glad that you finally got the answer to that nagging question from the Archive.
Where do the years go? They go fast, that's for sure!

That VHS or LD by Paul Rodgers is called "Paul Rodgers & Friends" (if I'm right) and only 3 songs out of the 4 listed by Randy were included in the official release. However, there's a PRO SHOT roaming around some bootlegs collectors, and contains the complete show (19 songs) plus an EPK, where some of the artists performing on that show, are interviewed, including Brian himself!!

Commenting on avatars is a bit risky, as some people change theirs quite often. For example, that reverent post about my Grandmother might now read a bit on the awkward side now that I've updated my avatar.
According to Budweiser and director Michael Bay, my current avatar represents a scene from one of Brian's dreams.

Jeez, I had totally forgotten about that commercial. I just read about Cordell Jackson (the guitar playing granny) on Wikipedia- what an amazing woman. Thanks once again for being so.... USEFUL, Rick!!!
