Happy Valentine's Day to all.

I must brag on the ol' hubby just a bit. Here's what he got me for Valentines...

Yesterday, about 11:30am, I'm lounging around the house, doing laundry (what fun), and suddenly the doorbell rings. My dog goes out of his mind, and I go to answer the door.

There's four guys standing at my door, dressed in tuxedos, holding a long stem rose and a box of chocolates, grinning wildly. I recognize three out of the four of them (they're band buddies of my hubby's) so I decide it might be okay to let them in.

They hand me the rose and chocolates, and a card from my hubby. Then they proceed to serenade me barbershop quartet style. I was flabbergasted! "Let Me Call You Sweetheart" and "Heart of My Heart" was what they sang to me.

After they were done singing, one of the guys took out his polaroid camera, and we all got together for a photo to remember the moment.

Yeah, my husband is one super cool, amazing guy. Swoon....

It's a polaroid, not a digital, and I don't have a scanner to get it on the computer.

I'll have to take a picture of the picture and get it posted on here.

my day is going pretty well so far on this day of love

let's see, I set up a appointment for a facial which will include the neck and upper back massage, oooh yes (hey, I want to be rubbed down, you know )

Had some scrumptious wood fired oven pizza
heard some cool live Japanese music at my Ala Moana Center, one of North America's biggest malls

saw some guy with a fresh hicky (spelled right?) on his neck it looked like, no it wasn't me that did it ha ha

bought myself some chocolate from Williams-Sonoma
gotta have some good chocolate on this day

As I said, I got a rose from my girl and the week after, we spent the weekend together ;-)
