Did I say I love these girls? OK, i confirm it!! I love you

They were Slaptones (with daddy) and now they're Baskery (without daddy).
I got their last CD (the 1st as Baskery) 2 weeks ago and I play it everyday. Very good music, all original songs. Try to catch it, it's worth listening it

I love these girls too and the album is just sensational!
My fav tunes are Spoken Words & The Wise/The Brave.

I've met them in flesh when they still were The Slaptones; well, they had already ventured themselves as Baskery but they were hired to play at a Spanish Festival as the Slaptones; The drummer was a friend of theirs and no longer their father. However, the show was superb and after the show I met them and had a chat for a while.

I've been trying to upload my picture with them but the image hosting is not working properly I'm afraid....

I want Baskery to play in Spain!!
These band would be a nice suport for Lee Rocker, don't you think??

Baskery supporting Lee? Not a so good idea because I'd have a dilemma: stay for Lee or... going backstage with the girls Wink

Seriously, it would be an amazing evening, without any doubt, and why not some Brophy's tunes and duets with the girls..... I'm dreaming with opened eyes geek

Aww, to be honest, I'd love to hear Lee Rocker whilst being with Baskery at the backstage ;-) Three girls for me... I'm definetely in love with Sunniva!!

I still remember when they were an unknown band for most of us... and with that Setzer opening act, I flipped in Paris! They were sooo sooo good!!

Baskery is the real deal, Another Swedish band to watch out for is Gravity.

We just had the girls here in Nashville for a show last month. Fantastic as always. One of the highlights of last year was doing Kilkenny with them, and getting to see them play 4 times! Of course the evenings putting guiness after guiness away with them was fun too tongue
