Don't know if this is the place for it or not... but...

I suppose this place is as good as any for the introductory post.

The name's Barry. Squirrel was a nickname given me when I was a kid.

Back in the early 80's (yep, I'm old), Setzer was one of the inspirations for me to play guitar.

Been playing guitar now for about 25 years and mostly for my own amusement.

The music styles I tend to listen to are anything Setzer, some Rev, the early days of rockabilly, oldies rock, classic rock, progressive rock/metal and jazz.

I am one of those round peg in a square hole kinda people.

I really dig what I see in the community here. Really dig that I don't see a political section.

Anyways, thanks for having a very cool forum dedicated to one of my all time favorite guitarists/songwriters and look forward to contributing.
