Just a little thought to our for ever young Rock N' Roll star Eddie COCHRAN died 49 years ago today in England while a fantastic tour with the other legend Gene VINCENT.

I'll never forget that day in 1977 when i'd heard '25 years of Rock n Roll' on the radio .....and they played 'C'mon Every Body' by a guy called Eddie Cochran! The next day i went down the shops and bought this record....
And my mates were asking me to play football in the fields next to my house.... i told them i was busy......i'm sure they heard Eddie blasting through the windows!!!

I remember a Stray Cats gig in 1982 (while the "Gonna Tour") where My Way was the first song on the setlist (with sax & piano !). I can't forget that, without Stray Cats, I'd probably never heard Eddie Cochran.
