- What was the vibe between the band members?
From where I stood I could only see Ronnie and Setzer (thus the reason for no shots of the rest of the band). The vibe I got there was professional.

- Where they all in the pocket, was ronnie a monster on the bass?
Yes and yes. As far as playing together, I thought they were very tight and Ronnie was great. Would love to hear him play guitar and sing more. And, I saw him lift the bass and spin it more than once.

- was D bringin the vintage thunder to Brians sound?
There were a couple times when I thought the ends of songs could've had a more pounding finality to them, but aside from that, I thought he was right on.

- did the hippie dude on the piano stand up and tear the ivory a new one?
Rob Chevrier? What makes him a "hippie dude?" From my vantage point I couldn't really see him to tell if he was standing, but every piano solo that I heard sounded really tight and flawless.

- Was there a decent lighting show that reflected the various moods of
the songs?
As it wasn't yet totally dark, I thought the light show had less effect than it could have.

- The Sound.. was it clear and strong or did it get lost in the outside
environment like so many beachfront concerts?
The bass shook my ribcage. Does that answer your question? I could hear everything clear as a bell, even from my hard-stage-left angle.

- Did Brian let loose and shake em up like he did for the PBS broadcast
in 2004, or did he stand there all gentleman like and BBking it all night?
Gentleman. Had more of us superfans been front row centre I reckon that would've been a different story.

- Any girls cuff themselves to the Setz?
Objects thrown?
No, and no. That would likely have been mentioned.

- More pictures of the band playing together besides setzer face?
close ups of setzer AMP and guitars.. D's drumset, Ronnies Bass rig?
Nah. Least, not from me. I'm there to let the music wash over me and through me and to dig on the experience, not get all gear-technical. For that, yeah, you really shoulda just been there yourself.

- I obviously missed out on more than a show by not getting to meet
all my wild so cal HDVDL buddies..
For someone who so desperately wants to meet Setz, you DEFINITELY missed out. Had you been there you likely would have.
