It's a Lita Ford cover like "Don't Say You Love Me" is a Billy Squier cover.
I was surprised to hear Brian write a tune entitled "Lonely Avenue." I'm a huge Ray Charles / Doc Pomus fan and was looking forward to Brian's cover of the classic. That said, I really like Brian's composition.
Now I'm waiting for the next Setzer-penned classic: "Stairway to Heaven."
