the main riff is the riff that Scotty Moore used in Mystery Train

I hope it's correct, I don't have my guiitar here..

Brian Setzer uses a lot of Travis Picking in this song (even the whole solo is just travis picking).

Just learn "Mystery Train" by Elvis (Tabs are easy to find with Google) and you will get the idea.
