Brian Setzer... you rule. Awesome to see that it even happens to the best. Plus it answers why there were 2 amps on stage, one behind the other by the time you got to us in Los Angeles this last Xmas!
cool video..makes me love this wild character of a guitarist even more! Remember its not how you start the race that counts, but rather how you finish!!

here is the link to the Setzer amp fiasco. btw.. I guess its really kinda fun to see it because I was at the NAMM show talkn with Tom of tvjones when this particular road tech showed up to the booth. I heard him sharin a bit with Tom about the privi of workin for Setz. (even better was tom explaining in detail about setting up setzers abr-1 bridge)

Is it sad that I would have taken the malfunctioned bassman? Not literally, ofcourse
I never noticed the cool blue jewel lamps in Brian's bassmen

When visiting the stage in New Brunswick, NJ last december, I made these pics of the double amp/tape chorus set of Brian :
Double tape chorus hidden between the 2 amps! Remember Amsterdam! (I was at this show when the amp fused)
Set list always at an eyelook
Gene Loves You! (this one was on the front Bassman, the one that was used during the tour as 1st amp)
Enjoy!

Does Setzer use capos?? If I had fingers like his I don't think I'd ever use a capo...unless it was for open tuning bluesy slide stuff.

F, THOSE ARE THE best damn pictures EVER EVER posted on this forum!! Man I've been waiting yrs for someone to throw us a carrot at least but these are just cool!! Its not like they are revealing super secrets or anything its just a badass introspect into the musicians gear. I like how he's got that picture taped to the cab. I have a picture of my son taped to my pedal board, it gets you through when you start forgetting why you do what you do and it feels like the bad is outweighing the good in certain circumstances. That photo must have great strength for the Setzer when he's in the dumps.
You rock dude, that was awesome. (no one else may care but I DO!) thank you, tavo
ps. his space echos must be really dialed in to lay there sideways, ready to go as backup. wish I knew who his tech was.
