They look very cool, but how is the sound and the hardware?

I know Billy somewhat as I have hung out with them at their booth the last few yrs at
the NAMM show. Awesome guys with the right idea and tuned into the scene. They even have their own punk band. I have great respect for em' and their work ethic. They are really picking up steam and have moved from the downstairs
hall to the upstairs with the big guys.
guitars up to this last winter namm all look really cool but for those of us that swing
gretsches and gibs.... the sparrow line is for more the budget conscious (as if I have any money to ever speak of) that want a playable guitar cooler looking than most others. Decent fret dressing, solidly transplanted hardware.. Most are heavy
as sh%t though. common for korean/china built guitars. They will rock the
marshall scene for sure, the one I am most excited about is the ES-335 clone that
is in satin hotrod black with the inside shot blood red. It was so cool I went home from
this last winter NAMM and shot my acoustic with satin black and the interior in red.
anyway I hope my info isnt sounding critical...there are echelons in gear,ya know?
I know this sounds like I'm not being positive but that isnt what I'm saying. They
import guitars and then lay out the hotrod tricks on a large scale. Its all on the
road to Koolsville for sure, but if youre a tone hound and into the booteek this
aint the street. I look for the lightest possible tops, resonant woods with perfect
build......... uh ...huuuhhuh.. uhha..resonant wood. uhuhuhha...wood
