| it was awesome! Vibro Champs (sans drummer- makes them the Al and Dave show) were great and the Restless Ones as usual sucked. If the Restless Ones would get rid of the guitar player/"singer" they'd be decent. Anyway, Slim Jim trio was great! Jamie James is a smarta$$ and very talented! Great nite- sorry you missed it. It was a fairly small crowd but considering it was a Thurs night and they started at 11pm, makes sense. (way past MY bedtime). Sorry, didn't write down a setlist. I do have pics, just don't know how to post them on here (yes, I'm pathetic) | |

Never have heard the ROnes, sounds like I'm not missing much.. Glad a few folks could make it and have a good time....Hope we get Brian to do a show here again...

I've got pics from Robert Gordon (at Lee's) too. And Smokin' Joe Kubek and.... So... guys, help me out. How do I upload a pic?

| There's no way to upload photos directly to this site. To upload pics for the purposes of displaying them here, you need to have an account with some sort of online image hosting site, like photobucket or flickr - there are many others as well.
Once you've uploaded your pics to the image hosting site, most of those sites will then provide a weblink for your images which you can either link here by clicking on the button that looks like a polaroid picture above your "Post a reply" window. You would then paste the url of the photo you want to post here in the url window that pops up.
Now, if you want to post a link to many photos from the show, most image hosting sites would have that as well. You would upload all your photos into an album on the photo hosting site, and then copy the album's url address. Then, on this site, in your post, you would click the "Insert URL" button (just to the right of the polaroid button) and paste the album's url address. There is a second line on this popup window where you can type a name for the album, and this is the text that will appear in red on your post that people can click through to get to your album.
Clear as the muddy Mississip? Ah, well. I tried. Perhaps someone else has written a more succinct tutorial. The FAQ's on this site aren't too helpful, but perhaps there is some clarity on the image hosting sites. Good luck - I'd love to see the photos!

| thanks, Rickabilly. Good to know that *maybe* I am not *that* incompetent! I have photos on my FB page of Slim Jim Trio, Robert Gordon, and several others (Los Straitjackets, Smokin Joe Kubek, Tommy Castro...) including some really awful photos from the BSO XMas show. I haven't had the time/energy to upload to photobucket or flickr or anything.
Meanwhile- anyone in MN going to see Rev Horton Heat at 1st Ave in November??
