very cool echo. I like the "David Gilmour shuffle" And your guitarsound is great anyway. Is there a chance to see a 2nd vid with all the Echo sounds we love. You still did it in the end.
And who´s playing the music at the beginning of the demo? is this your band?

Thanks! I do need to shoot another with the Gretsch sorry I was just itching to use that blue tele I put together. I had more footage to show the shorter slapback n rockability but camera messed up. Then it uploaded to youtube horribly..
and yes the music at the front and end of the video is from a new album I have coming out in a few weeks.. The engineer told me to discard those rough tracks but I didnt have the heart. hah. ps. this pedal is really cool for Floyd stuff!

Rick its a fun pedal that inspires you to play more, I havent even tried the looper function yet. Its got up to 20 sec looping.

Nocturne has inspired me to play more as well. BTW, for my cheap ass practice amp I'm running Gretsch+Nocturne+Blues Driver. I've got a wide variety of tone/sustain just by using my guitar volume knob.

That blues driver is in Rev Horton's arsenal (its a psychobilly freakout) although I wonder if he's had Keeley do the massage to it. that pedal is praised for being an original design, it only suffers from the bean counters having used inferior components to keep price down. If you have solder skills, indyguitarist sells little replacement kits to smooth the inherent hard edges when the gain is up higher..
good to hear about the nocturne being a tool to play more, its doing its job when that happens! I too use the Nocturne to make my Barber burn unit have more clarity.

I had a Keeley BD-2. Fantastic pedal, actually very Timmy-like in the low-to-medium gain range. But that Phat switch Keeley installs is DA BOMB.

This setting really gets me in Sleepwalk land. Then back to mode A, and I`m back at Sun studio Just perfect!

I just placed a order for this pedal. F*****g expensive...but it`s X-mas time...
Could somebody give me some instruction to get the real Rockabilly Sound out of the Capitano...
edit: what is the Spring Reverb mode?

Hi ,
i need an advise about the 2nd function. I wanted to change the rverb settings. Do i have to press tap and bypass knop one time together. Or do i have to hold them? Yesterday i wasn´t able to change it.
Btw. the pedal is awesome. Fantastic Delay sounds. Not cheap that thing but worth every cent.

Press and hold the Tap and Bypass knobs down while setting the secondary functions:
My settings for Rockabilly (Sun-liike stuff) are: Fixed head, mode A Time at about 11: 30 o´clock Mix at about 2: 30 o´clock Tape aga and wow & flutter both at about 8: 30 o´clock Repeats to four audible repests
I haven´t fooled around with the secondary functions too much, tested the Reverb fpr a minute or two but like my Blondeshell´s reverb better.

You´re welcome!
Here´s a quick pic I took at the rehearsal yesterday. I was a bit wrong with some adjustments, so here is what it´s like:
Toggle switches are on "fixed head" and "mode A" (you can´t really make the settings out on that photo).

Hi Wrock, thanks again. Your advise really helped me to find my own settings. Your settings are a touch to much for my personal taste. I don`t like the Wow&Flutter chorus effect so much.
But this is an awesome delay pedal indeed. The best i ever tried. Next saturday i`ll play my first show with the new El Capistan.
Todo lo bueno, amigo.
