Help get Brian off the Lake and on stage in August 22 in Mpls

For those of you who have connections ( I dont) ...We haven't seen Brian on stage often here in Minneapolis lately outside of the BSO Tour opener...so it would be great to see Brian stop by First Avenue to rock one with Rev Horton Heat , Wayne"The Train" Hancock and Deke Dickerson..Aug 22nd. I know he spends time in summer at Lake Minnetonka and if any of you can remind him of this gig, lets try to get him to make an appearance!!!

That is ..if we have a summer here in Minny... high today of 32 so far....

well,  this bobber fishin for an appearance by Brian went for naught, not there...understand something about new album or helping on someone else's??

However... a good time was had by all, Wayne Hancock did a great opening set, solid band w trumpet guy and Zach on guitar.

The Rev , Jim Heath,  sure knows his way around a Gretsch, has a new label and album...quite a few tasty licks and has Deke onstage for a bunch of songs, another solid guitar player....and great bass and drums !!!

Then , of course, it was speed and psychobilly  sending us home....

Great crowd, fun Thursday night in the semi-big city.

Guess we here will have to wait for the Christmas tour opener Nov 15th....
