| Does that mean they won't be released at all, or will they delay until next year? | |

| If there is a picture, Tavo... cannot see it. There is an "Angel Fire" logo instead |

| Its funny, a few yrs back I changed the rear pickup to a classic + on my SSU and it sounded closer to setzers, now the sig pkups are most likely that sound. I'll know when the new set gets here. tv | |

| TV Jones is in Hamburg today. I will try get a new pair...i don´t care if the difference is that big. There is a signature by Brian on the top of the PU. I HAVE TO PURCHASE A PAIR!!!update: no BS pair left, all gone. But i placed my order and wait for them. @Tavo, i had a nice talk to TV and he told me the same story about the Story behind the pick ups you wrote on the GDP. Very cool. Don´t have so much english words left for today so you have to tell it. | |

| It's quite interesting that there always was an official statement that Brian uses TV Classics on his Hotrods or signature guitars. But now, there's the "real" Brian Setzer filtertron... Don't get me wrong, but I'm thinking thats also a bit of a marketing gag... It is for sure one new pickup style (not just a fancy cover for the same "old" TV Classic) but I don't think it will get you a huuuge different sound. Brian will still sound more like Brian with a mean, lets say, death-metal-hardcore BC warlock guitar than ourself with a 6120 with signature pickups and blonde bassman hooked up to an RE301...
I can't wait to hear some serious demos and thoughts by Tavo and other users who ordered that stuff... Its for sure a great pickup but I don't think its "worth" swapping out Classics or Classic+. Just my 2 cents... | |

| TV made these pick up`s for Brian and put them into his guitars without telling him. So he played those new things without knowing exactly what`s new. Some day Brian asked him if there is anything new in his guitars.
They have more punch and sounding tighter but no early distortion. Tavo will explain that much better than me. But you are right it`s not a huge difference. But i`s never a huge Sound difference what we all looking for. It`s just the last 5% we want to have and still searching for.

| Great story Brett! Brian has for sure such a light and sensitive touch and feel to his guitars. I can barely imagine that I would have that So, I'll stick to my Supertrons. Maybe I'll purchase another Brain Pedal for my lost 5% of tone | |
