| I've read that it's a "tea towel," so a thin cloth towel, thicker than a bandana, presumably with some sort of Setzer artwork included. There is a Japanese version without it that just has the bonus track with no towel. The BSO Greatest Hits album from earlier this year came in a limited edition with a bandana. If you're already going to spring for the bonus track version, you might as well get the limited edition. Hopefully, Wee Mark or someone else who has already received it (Japan got an earlier release date than the rest of the world) will post a pic.
