Last fall, Brian did a brief interview in Guitar Player Magazine about the Wolfgang's Big Night Out album. In it he mentions the following (summary of article excerpt, not actual Setzer quotes):
He used his Setzer Signature Gretsch models (Hotrods and Nashvilles (6120's)) for electric work as well as his D'Angelico's for acoustic rhythm playing. So on that song he probably used one of the Gretsches.
As for the tremolo, he mentions that he played that song through a 1964 Fender Twin Reverb Amplifier, to get that surf tone, so he's probably using the amp's tremolo rather than an effects pedal.
As for the wah, he only said it was a 70's-type of fuzz/wah, as he also didn't remember the type of distortion pedal used. My guess, and this is just a guess, would be either a Dunlop Crybaby Wah or a Vox Wah, with either the Pro-Co Rat distortion pedal that he used on the Nitro Burnin' Funny Daddy album or one of the Fuzz boxes similar to what Keith Richards/Jimi Hendrix used (I don't know the name/model right now).
Anyway, I know that's incomplete, but hopefully that gives you some of the information that ye be looking for.
