That's from the Live in Japan DVD (a must-have for any Setzer fan). Don't be satisfied with YouTube - get the DVD! I think it's from the Akasaka Blitz show in Tokyo on February 24th, 2001.

Rick, sorry to correct you... but the right date is Feb 22nd and not 24th. The show on the 24th was also in Tokyo, but at Shibuya Kokaido
