[/img] "WE"? So you're actually ON THE TEAM...!? Just kidding, David - congratulations! Actually, I hope you guys win the whole tournament. We (Norway, that is ) didn't even qualify. And our neighbours, Sweden, got run over by the Russians a few days ago. So; GO SPAIN!!! Anders

| Actually... yeah.... I AM IN the team.... I´m David..... Villa. I bet you know who I am. Thanks man. Now we gotta get rid off the Russians, and we will be in the Final. It´s going to be hard... but we will fight to the end! VIVA ESPAÑA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don´t forget Mr. Iker Casillas, best goal keeper in the whole wide world, no doubt about it. He must get the trophy to the best player of the championship, and the next FIFA PLAYER award. He deserves it.

| Well dear David, I have to say that today I'm not with you... First, the best goalkeeper isn't the one you named, but the only GIGI, even if .... And, I'm happy Spain will win the finale next sunday (oh yes, I think the cup will be spanish this time), but as I'm a Squadra tifoso, I have regrets because my fav' team should get Spain out. Don't be angry, I'm like you: a soccer fan, supporting the other side of the Mediterranea Sea [img] [/img] FrenchyCat | |

| Well, the other night in the penalties round, Buffon got 4 in, and Casillas only 2.... so I guess Casillas showed the world who is the best nowadays If we win tonight (Final starts in 45 minutes), Casillas should get the award to the best player of the tournament. Anyway.... GO SPAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VIVA ESPAÑA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS: by the way.... I thought you would support Barthez | |

| Congratulations to Spain and I'm happy for all you spanish fans! The best team won tonight, no doubt! Concerning the penalties, I'd say 2 italians failed their shot, it was a baby game to stop these poor kicks !! Del Piero and Toni should have shooted and the story wouldn't be the same (that's what I sincerly think ). Anyway the match is on our back and we have tonight a beautiful European Champion. VIVA ESPANA!!! FrenchyCat | |

It's not my point of view, you know it. Spain didn't play better than Italy that night (and how would it be with Pirlo and Gattuso, certainly not that little italian team). But I admit your fav' team did a great Euro, it deserves the cup. And how are you today? Very tired but happy, right? It reminds me 1982 (in Spain) and 2006 (against France ). Spain could win again, don't worry (I wrote could, not should ). Viva Espana but Forza Italia!! FrenchyCat

| To say that Spain did not play better than Italy is absolutely inappropiate, not to say that it is a lie. The only problem we had is that we were not too lucky on the final shot to score, but then in the penalties we destroyed them. But still.... it doesn´t matter when overall in an internation competition, we have played 6 games, and we have won them all. The Final highlightsSpain celebrating the victory yesterday - 1 million people in Madrid with the National TeamAnyway.... guess what.... SPAIN is the EUROPEAN CHAMPION for the next 4 years. Beat that We won the actual European Champion: Greece We won the actual World Champion: Italy We won Russia twice We won Sweden We won Germany 9 of our players are in the "best team picked FIFA" Player of the Final: Fernando Torres Best Player of the Eurocup: Xavi Hernandez Player who scored more goals: David Villa We all know that this won´t happen again.... but for now, we have shown Europe how to play this game called SOCCER. VIVA ESPAÑA and VIVA CASILLAS!!!!!!!! ciao bambino | |

| OK, I understand you're flying, you're in paradise, so you can't hear me! Doesn't matter gringo, you'll come back on earth quickly, maybe faster than you think! I only hope Spain won't be a Greece bis repetita. And concerning Spain vs Italy, it seems we didn't the same match, did we? FrenchyCat | |

Oh, I forgot, this doesn't mean anything: the best team, the best player, the best what you want could not be a non-spanish, if not it's a non-sense. It's always the same when a team wins a major tournament. (in 2006, the best player was Zidane and this was sponsored by ... Adidas). And I bet the gold ball will go to a spanish player, like 2 years ago for Cannavaro (4 for Italy = ). Ciao piccolo FrenchyCat

| I´m not sure if we watched the same Spain-Italy match... but in the one I saw, Casillas blocked to penalties while Buffon only blocked one. That, after 120 minutes of pure spanish attack with a lack of goal. But anyway, we could be here forever and ever..... but unfortunately for your italian brothers, check out who has the trophy: At least I am realistic and I know this is going to be hard to repeat. We have shown a great soccer, and is not me saying. Read the international newspapers online and find out what they say about the Spanish Team. Seems like you were watching the 2004 Eurocup on your tv instead of this year´s But anyway..... maybe in 4 years you will be the one posting in here about your Italy or France being the champion. This is what is all about. One your is your team, another year is mine, and another year is Greece. We all have our time. It took us forever to win it, and now is ours for 4 years. See you in the World Cup | |
