I think this clip is from 2002/2003.
About the tour in february 2009, I'm glad for Japan.
This country has always support Brian and this (non Xmas) tour is a kind of "lesson" for us, europeans...

I wonder if the Jan '09 dates are cancelled for Japan?

Watching t.v. from Japan is kind of fascinating. I love how they illustrate Brian's high school band experience by showing a college marching band that has nothing to do with him! (By the way, that clip was the pride of the University of Wisconsin, the Badger Marching Band!) Also, I wonder what the voice-over was at about 2:50...probably just the setting of the Stray Cats' star, or something like that. But the tone of her voice made it sound like somebody died or something!

UW had some roadtrip problems a few years ago, IIRC. Is the band active again?
