That clip is from 1998... I can't remember the date or so, but I have a couple of clips in my old VHS tapes with the BSO singing JJWail with those "two vixens". If I'm right, that guy can be Eddie Nichols, who did the backing vocals to JJWail on The Dirty Boogie album, and he is also on the clip
