| I finally picked up the album last night. Not sure why I waited so long, but better late than never, eh?
I haven't given the full spin on it yet, but I'm drawn to Blue Moon of Kentucky as well as the last 3 tracks. I had to leave in the middle of pickpocket to get back to the real world...boo.
I can't wait to sit down with this and give it my true individed attention.

Cherokee is my favorite on that disc. Setzer gave an interview to the Dynamite Magazine, where he also said, that it was his favorite because it was showing that he could compete with some of the best Jazz-Players, and I think he's absolutely right!

| For me, the highlights are BMOK, "Hot Love" and "Pickpocket" so I was pretty pleased when 2 out of 3 turned up on the Riot tour! | |

| Hot Love (for the Surf), Lonesome Road (for the Jazz) & Pickpocket (for the Rock-a-Billy) are still my three favorites. But, as Rick said, Cherokee is the one who rise this days !! This record is a really high one. Love it | |

| to me, Go Godzilla is the top track on this album!! I was really hoping for Brian to play it... you know, they have even done a clip, so... why not!! Besides, they have Kevin McKendree to play the rhythm guitar while Brian does the solos... |

| I'm really not keen on the album at all, so much so that these days I am purely hanging onto my Setzer fan thing because of Stray Cats - for what it's worth, I think Godzilla is just about the weakest track on the album though! | |

| Normally by this time of year I've got Christmas Comes Alive or Boogie Woogie Christmas pumping out in my car stereo but it's been a bit different this year. "Instru-Mental" has got me going mental lol, It's usually, "I can't wait to finish work to get home!" Now it's, "I can't wait to finish work so I can blast out Pickpocket, Blue Moon Of Kentucky and Go Go Godzilla on the trip home and then again when I am home! I'm soooo in love with the album, it's a marvel, it really is! | |
