This thread is a celebration of Budgie and well.....I just know that the Bugaloos would love Budgie. Not Joy, because her standards are a bit higher, but Sparky (not pictured) would have been happy to pal around with Budge. I'm sure of it!!
To be honest....Budge doesn't seem to be on the top of his game...maybe he just needs to get warmed up.
