Hmmm, maybe I should schedule a drive down to the Gold Coast!

($979AUD is only $645USD, I wouldn't have to pay shipping and it'd be the correct voltage!) cheers

Yeah it can be quite tough to decide when you have so many options.

My advice would be to get out and play as many of them as you can.

Its a fun problem to have through Very Happy

Please let us know if we can be of any more help

cheers

Other alternatives you may consider (as Mr TV has suggested) would be something from the Fender range (Blues Junior etc) or a Vox - their AD range is really not bad at all (I was in a band for a while where the second guitarist had a AD30 - 30W transistor amp with a tube in the pre-amp and it sounded pretty decent - he easily got a good rockabilly sound out of it) or a step up in the range to their AC15CC - you could pick up a decent second hand one on e-bay for a lot less than either the Laney or Kustom

I hope this has helped

cheers

The Vox Valvetronix amps (AD30) sounds like a logical idea for your needs, plus it has a built in delay! You can pick up one new for around $500 or even less if you haggle.

OKAY SO I BOUGHT A BLUES JR. SUE ME!!

Actually, I was really happy with how it sounded in the shop (compared to the Hot Rod Deluxe, the other tube amp they had), I got great customer service, they took $100 off the price and any warranty repairs I can just take it down the street and get it taken care of. I'm happy with my decision. I had to order it in, should arrive the day before Christmas. Yay!

Congratulations - they are cool little amps - have fun and enjoy it !!
You may want to consider a speaker upgrade and some decent tubes at some time in the future but in the meantime just have some fun bounce santa lol!

cheers
