Imelda May on TV

Imelda May was just on TV here in Ireland. she sang two songs and did an interview as well. Seems like a lovely girl Darrell Higham(husband and guitarist) was with her.

What songs did she performed??

Yeah ,she sang those two songs. I had only heard her for the first time on the radio 2 or 3 nights ago. During the interview she mentioned Eddie Cochran 3 or 4 times and it was a nice thrill to see rockabilly on TV again. Darrell is a good looking dude too and with that big orange guitar .......best bit of music I've seen on the box in years.

I really like Imelda's album. Those two songs are her best in my opinion.

Cosbird ,thanks a million for posting the clip. i saw her on friday night and was smitten. Never has a Dublin accent sounded so sweet. Cant wait till she plays in Ireland .

well good news for you then ..... shes playing march 12 in the button factory which is in temple bar.... get the babysitters in and make it a night... but be sure to buy you tics before hand the last time she played here people were turned away at the door.... by the way its a thursday night so knowing that you live down the country i think you should take the good missus away for the weekend
