The street is in the Latin Quarter in Paris at 2:30 in the morning. The silhouette of Brian was taken in Senigallia, Italy on Aug 22, 2008. The composite was my Mom's idea!

The fact that Brian's son Cody has already made an illustration of my photograph just makes my head spin. The fact that one of these photos might be on the CD... makes my head feel like it's gonna explode!

When Scott from Surfdog called I was actually screaming into the phone to my mother about the fact that I'd won. When I called him back I mentioned that I'd be at the show on Sept 6 and could pick up the guitar from Brian that day! He said no, it'd eventually be shipped

Just back from a celebratory dinner with me mum!

Thank you Kid!! Though I have a feeling that grabbing that Lonely Avenue shot as I wearily stumbled back to my flat, after dancing at Le Caveau de la Huchette into the wee hours, had more to do with winning than the fact that I caught a backlit photo of Le Setz on stage
