Adelaide's population is about a million people, Brisbane over 2 mil, Melbourne 4 mil, Sydney 4.5 mil... Fremantle only has about 25,000 but it's nearby to Perth with about 1.7 mil. All "big" cities in Australian terms.

Since I'm the Mayor of Taking Things Too Seriously-ville, I think Setzerado was wondering about the size of the venues where the Riot Tour is booked. Are they 500-seat clubs, 1500-seat theatres, or something larger?

I'll do my homework on the Melbourne venue guys, I know the place used to be a really big & hip night club / disco in the 80's and early 90's.
It had a name change and renovation and has now become a place for concerts etc. Its a pretty good size too. I'll find out what sort of numbers it holds.

I'm getting senile... what's the name of the place we saw the Stray Cats in Melbourne? That wasn't the Palace, was it?

Hollywood Bowl capacity is

18,000.

Who's support for the Adelaide show?????? Got sentimental today and watched "Rumble in Brixton" , had the suround sound cranked right up. Was awesome.

Yeah mate, I'm sure it's going to be awesome. Best part will be sharing it with Aussie Sam, Pistol Pete, Mrs Pistol Pete ans Mrs' Pony in the first Melbourne gig. Sadly I can't stick around for the second gig, but at least I'll see the show twice anyway.

I have to say a SPECIAL thank you to Mrs Rene, Rene, Mrs Aussie Sam and Aussie Sam for buying me a ticket for the Melbourne Monday and Tuesday shows! .......nd to Aussie Sam for letting me stay at their place Tuesday night!

Absolute pleasure Pete, cant wait to go to Sydney and watch the show on the 30th of March then have my Adelaide buddies come down to Melbourne on the 1st and 2nd. The Aussie Voodoo Lounge Crew are going to really Rock This Town! So looking forward to this, 09 was amazing 2012 will be even better!! The 17 year drought was broken in 09, with Brian coming back three years later is just so unbelievable. Now I can really say we're being spoilt lol. I can soooo get used to this. Thanks heaps Brian, your a legend!

Btw I've been talking up this Setzer tour so much that some of my "metal" mates have bought tickets! There going to find out what real music sounds like lol.
