Sorry that I arrive a bit late to this topic but I'll tell you Rass:
there's a hell lot of bootlegs on LP but imo, I don't consider them as such.
There are also many CDR bootlegs at an extremely high price.
If you want to know how many SILVER CD bootlegs do exist of Setzer, here goes the list:
Setzer solo:
-Lonely Cat (Passaic, NJ - 20.4.86)
-Nervous Breakdown (Mansfield, MA -15.7.88)
68 CBS / Trio
-Chicago 2001 (Chicago, IL - 20.7.01)
-Rockabilly Dynamite (Hamburg, GER - 4.10.01)
-Nashville 2003 (Nashville, TN - 16.7.03, can't remember the exact date, guess that's the one!)
BSO
-Rockabilly Roots OK (Tokyo, JAP 1.4.94)
-Boogie Night (Minneapolis, MN - 16.10.96)
-Swingin' Around The Boogie (Amsterdam, HOL - 11.3.99)
-King Of Cool (Dusseldorf, GER - 9.3.99)
-Stray Cat Swing (Tokyo, JAP - 2.11.99 - there is also a CDR copy... this one is really really hard to get, I mean, the silver CD edition)
-King of Rock N Roll (Tokyo, JAP - 25.2.01 - same comments as above)
-A Girl From Nantucket (Nantucket, MA - 20.6.02 , guess this is the right date)
-Indio 2002 (Coachella, CA - 18.12.02)
-Merry Xmas Mr Brian (Tokyo, JAP - 29.11.04)
These are all SILVER CD, the rest... are shitty CDRs that in my opinion, despite all the great design, is not worth buying them. 40, 50 bucks for a CDR copy, something that you can do at home?? No way!!
If you need the Stray Cats list, I can give you one too.
